We are so excited to share the final numbers for our New Year’s Bootcamp 🎉

We had 29 ladies finish this Boot Camp.

Totals Lost: 278.19 inches - avg 9.59 in lost per girl👍💪🏻

69.5 pounds were shed!!!
This is an average of 2.4 lbs lost per bootcamp babe.
(this number is not high, however remember - you are converting fat to muscle and muscle weighs four times more than fat)!
