WHAT IS Elite Barre Fitness?

A no-impact workout designed for women. Our boutique fitness studio is a welcoming environment for ages 18+, and most individuals, depending on health, or ability limitations. We build strength, balance, endurance, and improve overall health. * Our community encourages engagement, health, wellness, and connection. Elite Barre is an experience for the mind, body, and soul. Class Descriptions
​Barre:
All Barre classes are 60 minutes and combine beginning, intermediate and advanced fitness levels. You can expect a warm up, light weights, balance, strengthening and barre workout. ​So no matter your fitness level, we welcome you to join us.

Stretch:
We focus on lengthening and elongating the muscles through stretch. Because we build muscles and work hard in class, it is very important to release tension, improve flexibility and increase range of motion. Improve balance and coordination along with posture.  Relaxing dim lights and light music combined with therabands and yoga mats makes for a meditative environment. 30-45 minutes.


Private Coaching:
Our personal training program is designed to improve the individual’s knowledge with how to properly, and fully execute classic Barre curriculum. By appointment.​

Barre Basics:
Form, Technique, Strength and Flexibility. A unique strength training workout like no other. Fusing ballet fundamentals, calisthenics, and more to give you an no-impact total body workout, from head to toe.

Power Physique:
Sculpt, chisel, tighten, tone, stretch and redefine your physique with this 60 minute class which will surely make you sweat and feel the burn! This class is designed to take your physique to the next level!

Cardio Dance:
A fun and energizing 60 minute class that will surely get your body moving to the beat! Featuring an eclectic group of dance styles to include Jazz, Hip Hop, Modern, Ballroom and more! All levels welcome :)

Why the Elite Barre Method works:
Founded and developed by Michele McEntire, The elite barre fitness method incorporates ballet foundational movements with calisthenics, in a strength conditioning, cardio workout, without impact. This unique workout, lengthens and strengthens muscles all while burning calories.  By combining stretching, strengthening and cardio, the average participant burns up to 500 calories per class.* The Elite Barre Method targets hard to transform muscle groups including: Arms, Chest, Abs, Hips, Glutes, Outer Seat, Outer and Inner Thighs, Quads, Hamstrings, Calves, and Feet.

What is included in a 60-minute Barre Class workout?
You can expect 15 minutes of warm-up and stretch, 15 minutes of strength training with light weights, and 30 minutes of barre routine including isometric small movements and bigger cardio movements. This no impact exercise method is done with upbeat music to enhance the overall workout experience. Weights are optional and all movements can be modified to accommodate limitations and injury.

You’ll find balance in your body, which will lead to better posture, improved circulation, digestion, cardio strength, and a physique that serves you rather than holds you back. FAQ
Policies:
 All participants must complete and sign waiver form before taking initial class.
​ It is suggested to counsel with doctor before taking class.
​ Class Schedule is subject to change at any time, including Holidays.
​ We accept all forms of payment.
Missed classes can be made up in the same month and cannot carry over.
Gift Certificates are non-transferrable.
