Barre: All Barre classes are 60 minutes and combine beginning, intermediate and advanced fitness levels. You can expect a warm up, light weights, balance, strengthening, and barre workout. So no matter your fitness level, we welcome you to join us.
Barre Basics: Form, Technique, Strength, and Flexibility. A unique strength training workout like no other. Fusing ballet fundamentals, calisthenics, and more to give you a no-impact total body workout, from head to toe.
Stretch: We focus on lengthening and elongating the muscles through stretch. Because we build muscles and work hard in class, it is very important to release tension, improve flexibility and increase range of motion. Improve balance and coordination along with posture. Relaxing dim lights and light music combined with therabands and yoga mats makes for a meditative environment. 30-45 minutes.
Power Physique: Sculpt, chisel, tighten, tone, stretch and redefine your physique with this 60 minute class which will surely make you sweat and feel the burn! This class is designed to take your physique to the next level!
Box Jam: Box Jam is a fun, energetic, full-body workout and is great for all levels! It's high cardio, low impact, and no contact. You can expect to burn a lot of calories, tighten, tone, strengthen, condition, and improve balance and coordination! Punch, kick, and jam to the upbeat music, interval training includes mats and weights! Beginners can modify and move at their individual pace.
Elite Dance Fitness: Elite Dance Fitness for women, is an empowering and energetic workout designed to combine the joy of dance with the benefits of cardiovascular exercise. Set to an upbeat playlist, the class guides participants through choreographed dance moves that improve endurance, burn calories, and tone the entire body. With easy-to-follow routines inspired by various dance styles like Latin, hip-hop, jazz and pop, this class is perfect for all fitness levels. Yoga is a popular exercise that focuses on breathing, strength, and flexibility. Practicing yoga may provide many physical and mental health benefits.Yoga is an ancient practice that has changed over time. Modern yoga focuses on poses designed to stimulate inner peace and physical energy. People with certain health conditions, such as sciatica, should approach yoga slowly and with caution.
Pilates: Pilates is an excellent way to improve your balance, posture, joints, stability, build strong and powerful muscles, increase energy levels, and bring peace and calmness into your life. Pilates is great for a strong core and total body strength. It improves posture by strengthening the core and upper back. Improved flexibility keeps your joints healthy and can prevent injury. It is a low impact exercise, and excellent for injury rehabilitation. Pilates incorporates breath, improving concentration and focus, and challenges you to connect your mind with your body. Bringing awareness to your breath helps reduce stress, depression, anxiety, fatigue, and can help you feel mentally calm.

Mommy & Me: Experience Elite Barre Mommy & Me – a baby-wearing ballet and fitness program designed for postpartum moms and babies (3 months to 1 year). E.B. Weight Management & Wellness E.B. Weight Management & Wellness program supports ladies who want to lose weight, maintain weight and improve overall health & wellness. Our group meets once a week, with several meeting options throughout the week to choose from. Meetings are 30-45 minutes, after class. Meetings include weigh-in (optional) journaling, participating in discussion, weekly wellness topic, and goal-setting. This program is designed to help women be accountable to themselves and reach their optimal best self. This is an incredible value!
