Barre' Class is a total body conditioning workout from head to toe! It's High Intensity without the impact! Burning up to 500 calories in a class!
The class focuses on Cardio and Core strength, along with Balance, Posture, Flexibity, Mind, Body and Spirit. Infusing Ballet foundational movements with Calisthenics and Yoga, creating a workout unlike any other! Concentrating on major muscles groups: Cardio strength, Arms, Abs, Glutes, Quads, Hamstings, and Calves.
Designed for women of all ages, sizes and fitness ability. Building beautiful, strong, lean muscles; improving strength, cardiovascular health, mental health, while maintaining feminity and increasing confidence and well being.
Barre' class is 60 minutes with an optional 15 minutes of floor mat work to include abs, glutes and stretch for a total of 75 minutes. Class is done in regular gym attire, barefoot and a yoga mat is required. We do focus on arms too. You may also consider bringing wrist weights weighing no more than 3lbs each.
