"Elite Barre Fitness has truly changed my life in so many positive ways! I have never enjoyed exercise, but find myself looking forward to class everyday! New to fitness, I found the classes challenging yet rewarding, and perfectly adaptable for any fitness level! They are so energizing as well! In addition to losing weight I have seen my body change by becoming leaner, more toned, and stronger while gaining endurance and a much stronger core. The core body work has improved my chronic back pain allowing me to be more active. The changes in my body have been so rewarding, but an added bonus has been the tremendous women I have met.
