Our personal training program is designed to improve the individual’s knowledge with how to properly, and fully execute classic Barre curriculum and mind/body connection. This will improve the client’s expertise to effectively perform her workout, while receiving maximum results; taking the client to the next level in her fitness ability. Barre enhances the feminine physique by tightening, toning, lengthening, strengthening, all while shedding inches, improving posture, balance, cardio, flexibility and confidence. Key areas of focus are arms, back, abs, glutes, hips, legs and feet. This program is goal oriented and customized to meet individuals’ needs.
