Barre Bootcamp consists of UNLIMITED BARRE' CLASSES:
● Join us for a Bootcamp Kickoff Meeting the Saturday before the first day of bootcamp get registered, get info, get prepared and meet your accountability partner. 20 Barre classes a week to choose from to best fit YOUR schedule ● Individual and group support ● Measurements/weight charting This Spring Training Barre boot camp includes a mandatory check in meeting on March 14th, 2020 9:30am at the studio. Our supportive meetup is a great way to meet all of the barre babes in the bootcamp, get questions answered, and do a quick weigh in to measure your progress. Please plan to join us :-) ● 1ST AND 22nd DAY MEASUREMENTS ARE TAKEN. ● A minimum of 4 Barre classes a week are required and must follow a nutrition program (client's choice) for optimum results.

.ÉLITE BARRÉ Fitness Studio Bootcamp Details Bootcamp Support Group 2 in person support meetings per week are available to every bootcamp participant. This is very important and is a key component to the Bootcamp and to YOUR SUCCESS! You will also be assigned an accountability partner to offer you even more support. A private ÉLITE BARRÉ Fitness Studio Bootcamp Babe Facebook page is also available and very helpful. Daily tips and feedback are discussed in this private group page to aide in your success.
Bootcamp method consists of 6 components: Cardio and Core strength, Balance, Posture, Flexibility and Nutrition. Bootcamp focuses on burning maximum amount of fat and calories through high intensity cardio, isolated muscle strength and resistance training without the impact unlike many bootcamps. You will experience positive reinforcement, constant motivation and a fun, safe environment for ages 18+ and most fitness abilities. All classes are 60 min.
Be Prepared for Camp! It is very important to be hydrated and have eaten prior to class. Protein is essential for maximum stamina. Suggestions: Protein bar, yogurt, apple, string cheese, etc. Class is done in bare foot and in normal gym attire. Please bring your water bottle, yoga mat and a light pair of wrist weights, no more than 2 lbs each. TJ Max is affordable and has a good selection of these items.
